Louise is a popular, internationally acclaimed inspirational speaker. She does more than motivate her audience. She brings humor, enthusiasm and deep compassion to touch the hearts of her audience and guides them to a deeper place within themselves, leaving them inspired and informed. She also offers her coaching sessions and retreats to groups internationally. Recently she was appointed by Dr. Ken O’Bryan as the wellness coach to the <a href=”http://joyfull-living.com/node/43″>World Corporate Games</a>, the world’s largest multi-sport festivals for businesses and organizations. Her work is intuitive, inspiring and innovative, tailored to the needs and aspirations of individuals or groups.

Some of her Keynote topics include: “Tools for JoyFull Living™,” “Stress Management for the 21stCentury,” and “Caring for the Care Givers.” Locally in Southern Oregon she is a regular speaker at Rogue Valley Medical Center and Providence Medford Medical Center where her audiences are patients, care givers and staff. Her wide range of health related topics includes women’s health, self-care for cancer patients and care givers and healthy aging.

Dr. Robin Miller, owner of Triune Integrative Medicine Clinic in Medford, Oregon has invited Louise to be part of speaking engagements and has made Louise her Yoga Therapy and Healing Coach provider. Louise works with a wide range of patients from cancer to sever stress disorder.

As the creator and author of the innovative stress management program Yoga On The Go™, Louise demystifies Yoga in the work place. One of her first client’s, NY Life Insurance Company in NYC, hired Louise to help employees cope with the stress of 9/11. She continued to provide them with corporate programs, classes and individual coaching until she moved out west. She teaches both techniques and strategies that can be integrated into any lifestyle to increase productivity, slow down the aging process and improve well-being. Her own experience as an executive gives her the unique ability to translate this ancient science in a very practical and accessible way. Some of her other clients include Dow Jones, Factiva, CIGNA, and Citibank.

Louise has trained with some amazingly gifted teachers and Masters. She attended The International Sivananda Yoga Vendenta Center created by Master Teacher Swami Vishnu Devananda, one of the major yogis to bring hatha yoga to the west. She received her International Yoga Teacher Certification. She later attended the 3HO Kundalini Yoga teacher training program with amazing teachers including Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the west. The International Kundalini Yoga Association (IKTA) certified her. She had the great opportunity to be personally trained by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, founder of Naam Yoga. He personally trained and certified her in the healing techniques of Harmonyum and as a teacher of Naam Yoga therapy. She also completed his master study course on Universal Kabbalah. Louise also holds certifications in Hypnotherapy. Her teaching is enhanced by her studies of Self-Realization with Paramahansa Yogananda, Chi Gong with Taoist Master, Mantak Chia, as well as her ongoing studies of sound healing. She completed training in several of other metaphysical sciences and healing arts including Herbology, Ayurveda, Reiki Master and Hypnotherapy. Other forms of yoga that have influenced her are Kripalu yoga and Iyengar inspired restorative Yoga.

She is eternally grateful to all her guides and teachers for helping her attain tools that she humbly shares now with those who feel called to her as a teacher and guide.

Born in Montreal to a French Canadian family, she learned English at the age of 13. She moved to Toronto in her early twenties after earning a degree in Professional Theater Arts from Dawson College in Montreal. Louise’s career thrived as an actor and voiceover artist. She was cast in TV series, films and commercials while serving as spokesperson for organizations like Toyota, Prudential, Canadian Tire, Canadian Armed Forces and Scotia Bank.

A move to New York City for an intended three month sabbatical, turned into thirteen years. She married and gave birth to a son who, at age three (3), was diagnosed with PDD, eventually labeled Asperger Syndrome. Honoring his needs and the realities of becoming a single parent, she shifted her professional path. She soon became a business executive, gaining extensive experience in the corporate world as a National Marketing Director and Northeast Director of Sales.

Louise toured professionally as a communication and stress management consultant from 2001 to 2004, taking Yoga On The Go™ into work places across the U.S. She eventually brought the program to the Northwest where she established headquarters for Yoga On The Go™, JoyFull Yoga™, and JoyFull Living™.

Louise opened the JoyFull Yoga™ Studio in 2005, gracing Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley with a yoga studio that soon became a well-loved part of the community. The mother of two amazing children (20 year old boy and 9 year old girl), she currently lives in the Rogue Valley in Oregon. She has been a member of New York Women In Communications, Inc., Screen Actors’ Guild, Actors Federation Television and Radio Artist, Canadian’s Actors Equity, Association of Canadian Television and Radio Artists and Union des Artistes.
