JoyFull Yoga

Saturdays 10 am- and Tuesdays 5:15pm This class is a perfect balance of stretch, core, strength building and cardiovascular as well as offering an opportunity to deepen your inner awareness through breath, yoga poses and movement. Each class is  uniquely designed to assist you in maintaining health and well being. It offers a blend of Hatha, Kundalini, Naam and Chi Gong. It also includes powerful pranayama practices – breathing techniques- to restore your nervous and glandular systems as well as improve digestion. The class offers a very relaxed and playful approach. Modification given for all levels. (Chairs are available)
