Iyengar Yoga

Each class will kick off with gentle stretches to help awaken your body and mind. We’ll then move through a variety of standing and sitting postures, as well as backbends, twists, and inversions designed to develop strength and flexibility. While each class will be sequenced so that you can flow easily from one posture to another, all classes will also emphasize proper muscular alignment and include vital information on the correct use of props. Finally, a variety of breathing techniques will also be used to energize your body!  ( JoyFull Yoga  classes include elements of this class)
